(English: Dear Daughter)

If anyone tells you that you are weak, then don’t listen. You are never weak. You have all the strength needed to succeed in this world.

You were made perfect. Unlearn all the social conditioning and just believe in yourself.

You can compete with the strongest wrestlers and you are never weak – physically.

You are the blessed creation of this universe. You don’t need to look beautiful because you already are. Your beauty lies in rising every single time you fall. Your beauty lies in crying every single time you get hurt.

You are beautiful. Believe it and own it.

If someone tells you that you are ugly, then don’t listen. Don’t listen to anyone who tries to insult you.

Listen to your heart. Always.

Keep moving forward. Keep fighting. Keep challenging yourself because you are competing with yourself.

Respect the elders. Stand up for people who are vulnerable and might need your support. Never let them down.

World is a small place. And the entire world is your family. Love everyone.

Stand with the truth. Stand with courage. Stand with pain.
