It is easy to fall into a trap of finding quick and dirty solutions. We try to save time thinking of solutions to a problem. We do a brainstorm. We find few solutions and then we go ahead with the solution out of a pool of few alternatives.
Can I ask you a question?
How long have you spent thinking over a problem. Most of you would not be able to think of many instances. Exactly!
We hate ourselves when we do not find solutions to problems. Hence, we quickly resort to quick and sometimes “simple looking” solutions. And then the single problem turns into multiple problems. Because these “simple looking” solutions have side-effects.
So, next time you ponder over a problem. Congratulate yourself for stumbling upon an opportunity. Squeeze the most out of it. Do not think hard. But do think. And really think.
Thinking has the power of turning ideas into reality.
THINK!
